Uber Kundun
The endgame of FanaticMU: a custom 5-man raid against an Uber Kundun far beyond his Kalima cousin. Everything at the top of the game - T6 Azerite gear, Wing 4, Sphere (Tri) - comes from here.
Getting in
- Speak to Siam Bu in Lorencia - she guards the gate.
- Entry costs an Azerite Crystal for the chosen difficulty -
sold in the in-game X-Shop for WCoinC, WCoinP or Goblin
Points, whichever you have. Every run consumes one. * A full **party of five** is required, level 400+, Grand Reset 1+.
| Difficulty | Requirement | Notable loot |
|---|---|---|
| Normal | The basics above | T6 Azerite pieces, Sphere (Tri) |
| Nightmare | Wing 3 equipped - all five of you | More Azerite, more Tri |
| Hell | Full T6 equipped | Everything above, plus Wing 4 |
Yes: Hell requires the gear that Normal and Nightmare drop. That is the ladder. Loot drops on the ground at the corpse - the roll decides whose name is on it first.
The fight, in broad strokes
This is not a stat check you AFK through. Learn three things:
- He must be tanked. If nobody holds him in melee - or the tank
steps out, or dies - he enrages and everyone pays for it.
- Kundun's Wrath. Periodically he winds up a blow that will
nearly kill whoever tanks it. There is a warning. The tank can
- *block** it - be holding your Defense stance when it lands.
- Bring a healer. The damage is tuned so that regeneration alone
will not carry you. An elf who knows her job is the difference
between a kill and a corpse run.
Healing potions do not work inside. Plan accordingly.
Hall of Fame
The first kills of each difficulty are recorded permanently on the website's Uber Kundun Ranking - a character enters each tier's list once, ever. First blood is forever.
